The ITTF Competition Department, the Equipment Committee, and the Umpires & Referees Committee hereby announce and distribute the Directives and the Technical Leaflet T9 for the Racket Control procedures.
The two documents are based on the present ITTF Regulations for International Competitions and updated according to the decisions of the ITTF Executive Committee on racket testing protocols that are in place.
It is the responsibility of National Associations to educate their players, coaches, and officials in general to respect the ITTF rules at ITTF events.
It is the responsibility of ITTF to secure that the implementation and interpretation of the ITTF rules are uniform.
