Call for Applications – World Table Tennis Day 2026 Promoters

For the next two years, the upcoming World Table Tennis Day (WTTD) 2026 and 2027 will be celebrated on23 April under the theme of“Health & Well-Being”. As announced the theme will guide the ITTF Foundation’s work, reinforcing our commitment to showcasing how table tennis can foster physical activity, mental resilience, social cohesion and overall well-being. 

In line with this, the ITTF Foundation is inviting you to support applications for World Table Tennis Day 2026 Promoters from your country. These individuals will be key in organising grassroots community events that embody the theme ofHealth & Well-Being, helping to demonstrate the power of table tennis as a tool to create healthier, more active and more connected communities. 

The selected Promoters will receive: 

• Mentoring and access to capacity-building workshops 

• Marketing and communications support 

• A monetary grant of€700to organise their WTTD event 
• And in return they will co-create a great event, promote WTTD, and submit a post-event report with details of their attendance and spending.
