All attendees participate at their own risk. Table Tennis NSW is not liable for any damage to persons or property. Table Tennis NSW maintains Insurance coverage via Table Tennis Australia's National Insurance Scheme with Sports cover. Public & Products Liability, Professional Indemnity, Management insurance & Personal Accident for all registered members.
I give permission or agree to be photographed by a committee approved photographer for promotional material on the Table Tennis NSW website and I agree to abide by the 2026 Tournament Conditions. Participants release all rights held by their sponsors or agents relating to television & web casting coverage, video, motion picture & photographic coverage of the event. Including all current legislation regarding child protection issues and promotional material upload including the legislation regarding U15 athletes . No content will be posted without the correct authorisations.

To align with TTA's National Integrity Framework and Safeguarding Policy, all 2026 forms (online/paper) must include these three clauses as separate 'Yes' tick boxes:
