Hi All,

Congratulations on being selected to represent Table Tennis NSW at the National Championships being held in  South Pine Stadium - Moreton Bay QLD from Saturday 18th October to Saturday 25th October 2025 

There will be Offical Team Practice on Friday 17th October - the Managers meeting will also be on Friday and a Team meeting will also be scheduled - Teams Matches will commence promptly at 9:00 am on Saturday 18th October.

Table Tennis Australia have advise a new process required to be completed prior to the event & prior to being able to enter for TTA events.

Eligibility : To play in Teams events and individual events you must provide evidence of either Australian Citizenship (Passport or Birth Certificate) or residency - Have been in Australia for 12 months ( October 2024) and resident in the State for 6 months (April 2025) - Each state is required to approve via "course completion" -  some will have already received this notification. Please Note you will need to be registered at National Level for NSW .

TTA Eligibility

For NSW you are required to be registered at payment class "National" we have already issued upgrade invoices - these will need to be paid before the "course completition can occur.

All new players will be required to purchase a "uniform package" which consists of 1 x tracksuit and 3 x NSW team shirts. All players may only wear the correct state shirt for teams matches and the state tracksuit for all teams matches and all players in the same team MUST wear the same team shirt..

Please Note: Players nominated for President's Teams will be selected by TTA - once all nominations have been received

The Team shirts will be ordered on 4th August  - you need to advise via the EOI form your shirt "SIZE" by Sunday 3rd August.

A further information flyer will be issued early next week along with your congratulations letter
